I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Mark's Plumbing. They installed our new water heater on Thursday and did a wonderful job. I needed help with screwing in a new toilet fill valve that was giving me trouble. I called Mark’s Plumbing around 10 AM and they said a plumber could arrive between 12 and 4. I got a call from Tim a couple minutes after hanging up and he arrived within a half hour. Tim did a thorough job making sure my fill valve was tightened and ensured no surprise leaks occurred. He also readjusted my bidet water line to avoid future water flow issues. Tim was very friendly and talkative throughout the whole visit. I would definitely recommend Mark’s Plumbing and Tim for your plumbing needs.

Mark’s Plumbing responded quickly to my water heater failure and rearranged schedules to install a replacement. I couldn’t be happier with their work and the dedication of Tom and Jeff on the job. Would highly recommend if you want the more personal service of an owner-operated business rather than a “big-box” multi-services company.

When I first called around, this place was the only shop that took the time to answer my questions before I committed to service. Mark even called me to clarify a few questions I had when the scheduler was unable. Tim, the plumber, arrived on time and did a thorough job with figuring out where the leak was coming from. He came back a few days later again right on time and completed the big project by himself in a timely and respectful manner. He really took great care to make sure the replacement waste lines were installed adequately and that all the former ABS lines that he could access were removed. We know who to go to next time. We’ve used some of the bigger companies in the past like Paul Bunyan and weld and sons. They were okay. But Mark’s provided that extra touch and service for a very reasonable price. Tim saved the day! And the years to come from having a wet basement!

Very happy with Mark’s Plumbing. I received a call back within minutes of filling out the online form. Scheduling was super easy. Tim showed up right on time and was able to assess and make recommendations on the leak that I had. He was able to fix things up quickly. I will be using Mark’s Plumbing for future work as they are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and nice people to work with.

Tom and Jeff arrived right on time, got to work, figured out the issues with our ten year old sump pump system and got things back together with a new pump. They were able to clean up existing check valve instead of replace it and helped me with updating the battery back-up system. Tom also gave advice on some other plumbing maintenance issues. I think I found a new "GO-TO" plumber for us!
